Bob Boob is the Broker/Owner of 1st Choice Realty. It is estimated that Bob Boob has assisted over 2000 families in the past 20+ years in the real estate business. Although he was raised as a "military brat", his family is originally from Clinton County. After graduating from Jersey Shore High School, Bob went into the US Army as a Military policeman. The Army showed Bob disipline and that hard work does pay off. Bob has continued this same work ethic over his 20+ years in the real estate business. Bob and his wife Shelli live in the Pine Creek Valley. Bob has 5 children that he is very proud of. For those of you who know Bob, you know how much he loves working in real estate ...he even introduces himself as Bob Boob,the real estate guy! He is well known for his knowledge of the real estate market in Lycoming and Clinton County, as well as his financial expertise.
Lisa has over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Business and has been part-owner of 1st Choice Realty since it's opening in 1998. Lisa is the office manager, and also works as a closing agent to bring your Real Estate purchase to a successful, stress-free closing. In 2004, Lisa also opened 1st Choice Mortgage Team. As that business grew as well, Lisa added Janet Kennedy as a loan officer. Lisa lives in Jersey Shore, is married to Wayne Urbine and has 4 sons.
Larilyn has been a licensed Realtor since August of 2000. She previously served as director on the board for the West Branch Valley Association of Realtors and currently serves as President-elect. She completed courses and obtained designations for Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Accredited Buyer Reprentative (ABR). Larilyn is currently completing her broker credit courses. She loves being part of the team at 1st Choice Realty. She graduated from Jersey Shore High School in 1984. Larilyn currently resides in Jersey Shore with her husband, Chuck. They have one daughter.
Pork (real name LEE) has been selling real estate with 1st Choice Realty since 1998. He began his real estate career after retiring as a Physical education teacher for South Williamsport High School. You won't meet anyone with more energy than Pork Williamson. He loves showing homes and keeping in touch with the many wonderful people he has sold homes to in the last 9 years. Pork lives in Oval (the Valley) with his wife Dustine. They have 3 children and 1 grand-daughter.
Janet joined 1st Choice Mortgage Team as a Mortgage Specialist in 2005, after working in the Mortgage field elsewhere since 2002. Janet works very hard to get her clients the best loans with the best interest rates available. She receives many referrals from satisfied clients. Janet grew up in the Milton area and graduated from Susquehanna University. She currently resides in Jersey Shore with her husband, Patrick and their 2 children.
Christine Engel
Christine grew up in Wellsboro, the home of the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. She graduated from Wellsboro High School in 1979, and Lock Haven University in 1983 with a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. She is a member of Big Woods Bible Church in Castanea. Christine obtained her real estate license in April of 2007 because she wanted to help people fulfill their dreams of finding their new home. She loves the opportunity to meet new people, and sharing in the excitement of the home buying experience. Christine currently lives in Jersey Shore and has 2 children.
Jamie has been with the 1st Choice Realty team since it opened. He has 10 years of experience in the Real Estate market. Jamie has a contracting background, which serves him well in the Real Estate industry. Many of Jamie's customers look to him for advice on renovations and improvements. Jamie graduated from Walnut Street Christian School, is a contractor's sale specialist for Avis Building Supply, and resides in South Avis with his wife, Nikki, and their 2 children. Jamie dedicates his evenings and weekends to showing homes to his customers.
Jen joined the 1st Choice Realty Team 3 years ago. She is the hub of the office. She handles the scheduling, showings, listings, and all of the day to day activities. Jen's cheerful voice will be the first one you hear when you call our office. She makes sure that all of our customer's needs are promptly taken care of. Jen graduated from Walnut Street Christian School and Penn College. She currently resides in Jersey Shore, and coaches girls basketball for the Christian School.
